Shipping and handling

Our ambition is to deliver all orders within a week. However, in the event of a heavy workload, delays can occur, which we hope you will accept. The items are sent by Swedish Postnord and usually takes 3-10 working days to reach you, depending on where you live.

Prices and payment

Card payment
With this option, your payment will be made via Payson. Your card details will not be available for the Free Speech Library. When paying by card, shipping fee is added.

Advance payment
In the case of advance payments to our bankgiro account (bg), freight charges will be added. To order you pay the total amount to our bank account (TRSE-Media is the name of the account holder) and fill in the order number you receive in the cash register as message. Our IBAN number: SE28 9020 0000 0902 3304 9535 and BIC / SWIFT address: ELLFSESS.

Prices and VAT
All prices are in Euro including VAT. VAT is 6% for all books except e-books and downloadable audiobooks where the VAT is 25% (digital products count as a service). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Right of withdrawal and return

The Swedish Distance Trade Act (2000: 274) gives you the right to change your mind within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods. You will have to pay the return freight yourself. Sealed products should be returned in unopened packaging. For other products you have the right to open to check the product’s function, however, the goods must be kept in substantially unchanged condition. The right of withdrawal is not applicable to companies. The right of withdrawal does not include downloadable products as they cannot be returned due to their nature.

Returns are sent to Free Speech Library, Box 22120, 250 23 Helsingborg, Sweden. Do not forget to enclose the delivery note or other information showing your order number and customer number. If this information is missing, we cannot see that the package comes from you.

Complaints

Check that the delivery is correct – if not, contact us at Customer service via email at [email protected] and we’ll assist you!

If you have received a defective/incorrect product, we will send you a return note so that you can return the defective/incorrect product to us free of charge. We will send a new book at no extra cost if it is available. If we cannot replace you with a new book, we will refund your money when we have received the defective product in return. A refund will be made to you within 30 days. It is important that you enclose the information text that accompanies your return note so that we can see that the complaint comes from you.

Terms and Conditions

The Free Speech Library sells products that can be shipped widely throughout the world. Orders are only received via freespeechlibrary.com. In order for you to feel safe in your purchase, you are always welcome to contact our Customer service if you have any questions concerning your order.

Personal data management
Personal data management is carried out in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Free Speech Library records personal information when a customer orders something. Processing of personal data then takes place in order to fulfill agreements and to develop our products and offers. A detailed description of the Free Speech Library’s processing of personal data as well as information about the rights of personal data processing can be found at: https://www.freespeechlibrary.com/gdpr.

When Free Speech Library no longer has a legal basis for continuing the personal data processing, we remove or anonymize the information. By accepting the Terms of Agreement, the customer leaves his/her approval for this personal data processing.
